Mother's Dumplings is a family-owned business founded by Zhen and Richard, using Zhen's mother's traditional home-made recipes from NorthEastern China. The business first started on 79 Huron St, in a small basement location. Zhen started the restaurant in 2005, the restaurant has been serving the GTA for 17 years now, welcoming many returned and new customers daily.
With the support of our customers over the years, Mother's Dumplings have been named the best Chinese restaurant in Toronto by Toronto Life Magazine, Toronto Star, NOW Magazine, and now we have been listed by Michelin Guide!
At Mother's Dumplings, we use premium quality meat and vegetables for our products. We take pride in the most natural and healthy items we serve to our customers. There is no MSG, food colouring, or any other added taste enhancers/chemicals in our ingredients.
